Description:

Monday, January 31st 2022 , the Israeli occupation authorities issued a halt of work notice for a house, and demolition notices for two facilities on the pretext of building without a license in Masafer Yatta south Hebron.

Affected citizen said that a vehicle belongs to the building and organization department at the civil administration accompanied by an army patrol raided 3 villages in Masafer Yatta , and served many notices. For more information:

  • At-Tawani village: The Occupation authorities issued a halt of work notice for a house belongs to citizen Hafiz Al-Hraini built since 2020 , and composes of two floors , with a total area of 200 m2.

The halt of work notice is numbered (32055) and ordered the immediate stoppage of construction works at the house, on the pretext of building without a license. As mentioned in the notice, the occupation authorities Sat February 16th 2022 , as the date of the inspection subcommittee session in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structures.

The notice on Al-Hraini house is the second of its type during the last two months. Noting that the Department of antiquities at the occupation authorities issued in November 22nd 2021, a demolition and removal notice for Al-hraini house on the pretext of building on an antiquities area. Noteworthy, the house was supposed to be a home for a family of 10, 5 of them are children.

  • Sarura village: The Occupation authorities issued a demolition and removal order belongs to citizen Sa’id Al-‘Amour , after he built a bricks wall around a cave at his plot in Sarura.

The Occupation authorities issued a demolition and removal order number (20051) , the owner was given 96 hours to carry out the demolition himself , or otherwise the occupation authorities will carry out the  demolition and make him pay all the costs.

  • Al-Fakheet village: The Occupation authorities issued a demolition notice for an agricultural facility belongs to citizen Fadel Al’Amour , on the pretext of building without a license.

The Occupation served a demolition and removal notice numbered (20053), and threatened to demolish the structure in 96 hours following the notice issuance time and date, and in reference to military order 1797.
