Description:

Tuesday, March 31st 2020, The Israeli Occupation authorities issued a halt of work and construction notice on an agricultural facility in At-Tabban south Hebron, on the pretext of building without licenses.

A vehicle from the building and organization department – The civil administration accompanied by an army patrol raided the area , the inspection officer wrote a halt of work notice , hanged it on a structure belongs to ‘Issa Hamamda , then took pictures of it before withdrawing.

The notice was issued by the Civil Administration – High organizational Council – Inspection subcommittee, numbered (00383) and ordered the immediate stoppage of construction works on the pretext of building without licenses.

The Occupation authorities set May 4th 2020 as the date of the subcommittee session in “Beit El” military court, to decide the fate of the structure.

Reportedly, the targeted structure is an agricultural facility built of steel sheets , and used for cattle breeding , the facility contains 100 heads of cattle , the barracks was first built in 2019 , with a total area of 120 m2.

At-Tabban village is a part of Masafer Yatta , heavily targeted by the Occupation with halt of work and demolition orders , the occupation’s violations aim to empty the area from its residents for the favor of future colonial projects.
