Israel targets agricultural facilities in Ar-Ramadeen and Al-Burj / South Hebron

Description:

Monday, June 1st 2020, the Israeli Occupation authorities demolished an agricultural facility belongs to Citizen Nassir Amer in Ar-Ramadeen south Hebron, on the pretext of building without licenses.

Affected citizen said that the occupation forces and a Volvo bulldozer accompanied by members from the building and organization department raided Wad Fatas northwest Ar-Ramadeen and demolished an agricultural facility.

The targeted facilities is built since 2019, it has a total area of 150 m2, and contains about 120 heads of cattle.

In January 30, the occupation authorities had delivered a halt of work notice on the pretext of building without licenses, and came back in May 12th 2020 to deliver a final halt of work notice to demolish the facility within (7 days), the owner failed to prepare a legal file because of the Corona virus lockdown.

Notifying agricultural facilities:

In the same context, May 6th 2020, the Israeli Occupation authorities issued halt of work notices on an agricultural facility in Martinya south Al-Burj , on the pretext of building without licenses.

Affected citizen Hisham Itbaish said that he found a halt of work notice hanged on an agricultural facility on the pretext of building without licenses and set June 2nd as the date of the subcommittee session in Beit El military court to decide the fate of the structure.

The targeted facilities are a barn built of barbed wires and metal angles contain about 50 heads of cattle and have a total area of 80 m2, in addition to a tent (20 m2).
