Description:

Monday, September 14th 2020, the Occupation Authorities served removal notices for structures and facilities in Khallet Taha area west At-Tabaqa village, on the pretext of building without licenses.

The Occupation forces accompanied by the inspection officer from the building and organization department wrote the notices and hanged them on the targeted facilities.

The notices were entitled “removal of a new building” and ordered (Demolishing the targeted buildings, removing them from the plot, and returning the plot to its previous status) , the owners were given only 96 hours before implementing the notices.

Noteworthy, to issue the notices the occupation authorities referred to military order (1797) for 2018, this military order authorizes the “Inspection Officer” in the Civil Administration to issue a removal order on under construction houses, or houses inhabited for less than 30 days.

This military order deprives the owners from their rights to submit a petition or an objection.
