Mr Tamer Rayyan head of Qarawat Bani hussan told LRC reporter:

“There is an Israeli scheme to push Palestinians out of Qarawat Bani Hussan, through imposing a small construction area of only 490 dunums for more than 4000 people. Thus, creating a huge dilemma by prohibiting people from building outside the organizational plan, and push them to build outside the organizational plan, which makes them exposed to Israeli military orders and demolition operations”.
