Price taggers colonists ruin car tires and write hatred-enticing slogans

• Victims: 7 citizens in the town.

Description:

In the early hours of October 22 , a group of gangsters call themselves “Price tag group” sneaked into Marda village and wrote hatred inciting slogans in Hebrew on number of Palestinian cars, and ruined some car tires before they withdrew, perpetrators were captured by security cameras.

The radical group left the following damages:

• Omar Sedqi Al-Khafsh: price tag gangsters wrote hatred inciting slogans and ruined 4 tires of his truck (1998).
• Hssein Al-Khafsh: price tag gangsters wrote hatred inciting slogans in his Kia Rio car in 2008.
• Ahmad Ebdah: price tag gangsters ruined the 4 tires of his Kia Rio 2010 car.
• Sameeh Ebdah: price tag gangsters ruined the 4 tires of Opel Kadett Car.
• Mohammad Ebdah: price tag gangsters ruined the 4 tires of his Volkswagen car
• Said Ebdah : price tag gangsters wrote hatred inciting slogans and ruined the 4 tires of his Hyundai 2015.

Colonists’ break-ins and arson attacks on Palestinians in the suburb areas are meant to terror and harass Palestinian citizens to push them out of their areas. The most vicious attack was the torching of Dawabsheh family while sleeping on August 2015, the same group of gangsters carried out many attacks in Salfit governorate varying from cutting down aging trees to shutting down agricultural roads and confiscating vast area of lands to serve the colonial expansion in the area.

Gangsters of such type are reported taught the ideology of leftism in Israeli religious groups. “Hatred for Arabs” and “kill them all” are some of their slogans. In spite of all the complaints charged through Palestinian cooperation to the Israeli government, the last party did not do anything to stop these assaults.

Marda is located west of Salfit. Its total area used to be 8816 dunums, including 350 dunums as a built-up. It has a population of 2568 people (2017 census). The estimated area of land lost, for the sake of Jewish-only Israeli colonies about 2573 dunums for “Ariel “ colony established in 1978 and populates 16053 colonists.

• Bypass road (505) devoured 261 dunums.
• Oslo convention classified Marda lands into B and C  areas:
• B areas : (1458) dunums.
• C areas : (7358) dunums.
