Details:

Israeli Occupation Forces confiscated November 07, 2016 some construction materials and manual equipments that were used in the area of Wad Jheish, south Hebron.

The affected citizen told Land Research Center that a massive force from the Israeli occupation army and a patrol from the so-called Israel Civil Administration raided the area and confiscated construction materials and some manual equipments.

Citizen Abu Qbeitah was delivered a minute of confiscation after his equipments were seized. The document mentioned that the equipments were seized and moved to the military camp of Kfar Zion, south Bethlehem.

On July 25, 2016, Israeli Occupation Authorities served a stop-work order on an agricultural structure owned by citizen Abu Qbeitah on the claim of unlicensed construction. At time, August 17, 2016 was assigned as a final deadline to complete all licensing procedures and apply for a permit. Despite that the citizen prepared a legal file to protect himself from Israeli measure, he is still targeted until now.
